ADHD & Nervous System Coaching with Sheena Skinner
Having an ADHD style of brain creates a powerful, sensitive, creative way of experiencing the world. My work blends ADHD coaching with nervous system support and deep rest, so that you (or your teenager) can feel calmer, clearer and more in control of everyday life.
I trained with Leanne Maskell at ADHD Works, whose pioneering approach to ADHD coaching blends neuroscience, practical tools and compassion. This foundation allows me to support you with clarity and understanding.
Rest, Rewire & Rise
I work 1:1 with teenagers and adults who have ADHD or suspect that they might. Together, we explore how the ADHD brain works for you and not against you.
Our sessions create a focused, judgment free space for:
Understanding how your (or your child’s) brain works
Working with executive function challenges (organisation, planning, getting started and following through)
Navigating overwhelm, burnout, big emotions and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria
Building simple, realistic systems for school, home and life
Dialling down shame and self criticism
Dialling up strengths - intuition, creativity, hyperfocus, passion and originality
My coaching style is warm, practical and supportive. The aim is for you to feel more connected to yourself, more confident in daily life and better equipped with tools which work for your unique brain.
If you’re a parent, we’ll focus on giving you insight, language and strategies so that you can support your child with more ease, compassion and structure at home.
How it works
Sessions are held online via Zoom.
I offer a free 15–20 minute introductory call so that we can see if this feels like the right fit.
My standard package is 6 × 60 minute sessions.
We can meet weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels most supportive.

My aim when coaching is to create a space where you can get to know and understand yourself, where your nervous system can feel safe and where you remember who you are underneath the noise, stress and pressure. This is time for you to rest, reset and rise into the most grounded, confident version of yourself.
