What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us at hello@thenorrag.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition to be eligible for a return.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Are any purchases final sale?

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items such as eye pillows are non returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page before you purchase.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 - 3 working days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location but most UK orders arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

You’ll always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship across the UK and are expanding to international orders soon. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when worldwide shipping becomes available.

Where are your products made?

Our Norrag Mats are handcrafted in collaboration with Studio Tolsta, our artisan partner based in India. Each piece is thoughtfully created with natural materials, sustainable practices and exceptional attention to detail.

How do I care for my Norrag Mat?

To keep your mat in beautiful condition, we recommend gently spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. 

Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight. Store your mat rolled up, in a dry place.

What materials are used in your mats?

Each Norrag Mat is filled with natural kapok, a sustainable plant fibre known for its softness and durability and covered with high quality hand woven cotton. 

Every detail is designed for deep comfort, beauty and long lasting use.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact hello@thenorrag.com as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help if your order hasn’t already shipped.
